Apartment and Office Complex, Munich (Tegernseer Landstrasse) (Germany)

In 2001, the foundation stone was laid for an apartment and office complex on Tegernseer Landstrasse, on the east side of the Isar River. In 1998 the project was taken over from the previous owner, who had an approved building plan but due to financial trouble had not been able to execute the project.

In 2000 the Mutschler Group acquired a half-finished building in the Swiss canton Zug, located directly at the autobahn exit Baar. The building had a negative past: failed investments and constantly changing tenants. Consequently, it required overall rehabilitation and new long-term tenants.

The Designer Outlet Center in Landquart in the Chur area (Canton of Graubünden) opened its doors to the public on November 26th, 2009. The Outlet Center, built in the “village style”, offers an exciting shopping experience with its 21,000 square meters of retail space in over 100 shops, restaurants, Cafés and with 1,200 parking spaces.
